After passing through the village of Stara Baška, well known for its sheep herding tradition, and the vista before you encompasses all the surrounding islands and islets, Velebit mountain and the mainland, you know you are in the right place. Look to your right and you will see the property, perfect for relaxation and leisure. On one side of the property, the view expands over wonderful blue sea that takes your breath away, and on the other you will be able to spot sheep grazing on enchanting karst hills.

DESCRIPTION

Shepherd's Residence consists of two accommodation units: Black Sheep House and White Sheep House. Each identically decorated unit provides complete privacy thanks to a modern wall separating two pools. There are four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a toilet, barbecue facilities, swimming pool and two spacious terraces in each unit.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate lavatory. Parallel to the living room and the kitchen runs a covered outdoor space with a dining table, barbecue, swimming pool and a lounge area. The first floor consists of three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious terrace providing enchanting sea views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, freezer-refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven and other utensils. There is also a washing machine with a dryer in each house.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and towels are available for use around the house. Free Wi-Fi is available inside the house and on the terrace.

The Surrounding Area/Village

In the immediate vicinity of the property, in the center of Stara Baška village, you can find a mini market and seasonal restaurants.

Boats or jet skis can be rented in the camp at the village entrance, while other nautical vessels are available in Marina Punat, around 13 km from Stara Baška.

In Punat or Krk it is possible to arrange day trips, visits to nearby islands by tourist boats or trips to beaches accessible only by sea.

BEACHES

The nearest beach is only 150 meters away, following a narrow path beneath the house itself.

Stara Baška has beautiful smooth pebble beaches boasting wonderful clear sea water. One of the most famous beaches is Oprna, which can only be reached on foot down a steep path.

Another beach, Zala, can be reached by car or on foot as it is located near the Shepherd's Residence. Other beaches in the village are accessible on foot or by car.
